Anagrams

Reach the point goal shown and find at least one word using the whole rack.

How to play

  1. Build words from three letters up to the rack length shown. Use each tile at most once in a word; a letter can repeat only when that many copies appear in the rack.
  2. Type or tap tiles, then use Submit or press Enter. Delete and Clear edit your entry; Shuffle changes only the tile order.
  3. Each different word scores once and must be in this game’s common-English word list. Ordinary plurals and verb forms can count; proper names and abbreviations do not.
  4. Word lengths 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 earn 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 points respectively. Using every rack tile adds 3 bonus points to that word.
  5. Optional hints reveal clues for unsolved full-rack words. Hints neither add nor subtract points, and you can finish without using them.
  6. Both goals are required: enough points and at least one full-rack word. You do not need to find every possible word in the rack.

Head-to-head rules

Reach 25 points with at least one full-rack word before your opponent. Full-rack words include the same 3-point bonus in every mode. Both players get the same rack, dictionary, optional hints, and start time, with three minutes to finish. Completion time decides the match; word count and hint requests carry no separate penalty. Finishes within 0.1 seconds draw. If neither player finishes before time runs out, the match is a draw.

Your moves and answers stay private. Leaving through the game controls forfeits the match; closing the page does not pause its clock.

Real-player matches update this game's own Elo rating. Daily and practice results keep their separate progress and never change Elo.
