How to play

1. Drag from one end of a listed word to the other and release to submit it. Or select the two endpoints and use Find word to submit the highlighted line.
2. Words can run horizontally, vertically, or diagonally in either direction. The letters must form one straight line without gaps or wrapping around an edge.
3. With a keyboard, arrow keys move between cells and Enter or Space selects an endpoint. Clear selection or Escape lets you start a different line.
4. Found words get a check mark and their cells stay highlighted. Each listed word counts once; points increase with the portion found, and the last found word completes the puzzle.

Head-to-head rules

Find all eight hidden words before your opponent. Both players get the same puzzle and start together, with 3 minutes to finish. Completion time decides the match; fewer moves or a higher solo score do not beat an earlier correct finish. Finishes within 0.1 seconds draw. If neither player finishes before time runs out, the match is a draw.

Your moves and answers stay private. Leaving through the game controls forfeits the match; closing the page does not pause its clock.

Real-player matches update this game's own Elo rating. Daily and practice results keep their separate progress and never change Elo.
